Description
Modern craftsmanship and vintage-inspired accents are combined in the Fender Paramount PD-220E dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar to create an exceptional playing experience. The Paramount PD-220E includes an offset X-bracing design that has been improved to increase resonance and tone. It is made with a solid Sitka spruce or solid mahogany top, solid mahogany back and sides.
The Sonitone Plus pickup, created by Fender and Fishman, intensifies the dreadnought body’s broad, balanced tone, while the controls positioned in the soundhole maintain the instrument’s antique look. The vibrations of the soundboard are improved by a body-sensing pickup under the top, which may then be combined with the Sonicore pickup under the saddle. A slim-taper mahogany neck, an ovangkol bridge, and bone nut and saddle are among the further appointments, along with pearloid fingerboard inlays in the shape of snowflakes, feathered purfling, rosette, and backstrips.
